Job Description

We are looking for an E-Visa Consultant with great enthusiasm for Visa Facilitation. You will be responsible for Servicing (B2B, individuals, and businesses). The goal is to enhance satisfaction and acquire an expanding and dedicated clientele.

Job Descriptions:

The candidate should have good communication skills and good knowledge of Typing and Processing E-visa applications. Strong knowledge of the process of Visas.
Having well experience in Visa processing for all countries add an advantage.
To record all the documents the client has provided
Follow up for additional documents required
Track the progress of the client’s visa
Candidates having experience in all-country visas will be preferred.
A good relationship with industry colleagues & visa offices.
Multitasking & Time management and the ability to think out of the box & implement new ideas.
Knowledge of visa documentation, submission requirements of different countries, and visa processing center locations.
Attending to customer queries over emails and calls
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
