Job description: Drive sales through key accounts and contract with new agents Database management and Travel agency mapping Handle help desk calls to answer queries of existing customers and also onboard new customers. Regular following up with the Corporates to create long-term engagements for both businesses i.e. Domestics Internationals. Promote current deals, E-visas, Tour packages, and other products Regular liaison sales/Pre-sales and member relations department.
Build and maintain client relations/ Able to Generate & assign new agent base/ Work on market opportunities & convert them into business.
